Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bachelor of Education, & Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Certificates in Trauma-focused CBT, mediation, and for crisis support work. Trainings in Trauma & PTSD, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative, Narcissism and Attachment Focused EMDR.
